Picasa Rss and PHP 4

2day I decided to get Picasas Rss function onto my site once and for all.

I knew it wouldnt be easy. but this is taking the piss.


Fatal Error: Call To Undefined Function: Simplexml_load_string() In /******/35/*****/****/****/****/DisplayImages.Php On Line 10

On Local host this message doesnt appear. I have PHP5 on my shiny expensive on-line business web host they use PHP4.
PHP4 hasnt got
Simplexml_load_string()
This means my web site has this text on it \/

I am an artist. I output. I name my output.[2009]

I find myself in amongst the power struggle between art and artist searching for meaning and purpose on the long road to rats ass. Hating and being the meme.
Attempts to make work of an impossibly high standard can just fail when the work has its own agenda.

Increasingly Im finding it difficult to control my output as the output itself seems to be in control.
My only hold over it is to give it a name and pull it back into a direction Id like it to go.

For me this reflects the world around me so any annoyance at my lack of control is offset by knowing that no one is in control.
The memesphere has power over power over control.
Struggling with definitions need a dose of whatever.
All my brain reprograming activity is proving hostile to the memesphere, but it fights back.

There is a propensity to output coupled with a lack of control of what that output actually is amongst us. I dont know what ?it? actually is, but when I see it Im going to stop.
Give it a name.
Now that I am an Island I need not fear the relentless march of my own output.
I am output.
